Yes, you can cancel your BT package at any time up to 14 days after your service starts or when you receive your equipment—whichever is later.
Returning your equipment
If we’ve sent you any equipment, you’ll need to return it. Please make sure:
- it’s undamaged
- it’s in its original packaging
We’ll refund any payments you’ve made for the equipment. However, if it’s damaged or incomplete, we may deduct the relevant costs.
