Your first bill is usually higher because:
- You’ll get a charge for next month (we charge products in advance), and a pro-rated charge for the time in between your first day of the service and your first bill. This charge is under each BT product in ‘Your regular charges’. Check where ‘Your regular charges’ are on your bill.
- You may get charged for equipment ( like a Hub or TV Box) and connection or engineer charges. These charges are in your account charges listed ‘One-off charges’. Check where ‘One-off charges’ are on your bill.
