Can't send or get email?

If you're unable to send or receive email, try the steps:

  1. Using webmail? Log out of your email account, then log back in again. It sounds simple, but it really does work.
  2. Using an email program? If you're having problems, try logging in to webmail. Send yourself a test email. If everything works fine in Webmail, you may need to check your program settings.
    Get help with setting up your email.
Also check:
  1. Email addresses are typed correctly.
  2. Spam folders - genuine emails sometimes end up in there by mistake.
