If you're unable to send or receive email, try the steps:
- Using webmail? Log out of your email account, then log back in again. It sounds simple, but it really does work.
- Using an email program? If you're having problems, try logging in to webmail. Send yourself a test email. If everything works fine in Webmail, you may need to check your program settings.
Get help with setting up your email.
Also check:
- Email addresses are typed correctly.
- Spam folders - genuine emails sometimes end up in there by mistake.
