You need a BT ID username and password to log in to all of BT's online services. This includes My BT where you can see your bills, usage, products and extras. It also includes our apps: BT Cloud and the BT Sport App.
Forgotten your BT ID username?
This is usually your email address. If you've forgotten your username, you can get a reminder by following the steps in the link below. You'll need your email address, phone number and the answer to the security question you chose when you set up the account.

Forgotten your BT ID password?
You chose a password when you created your BT ID. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it by following the steps in the link below. You'll need your username (usually your email address) and access to the phone number or email address for your BT account.
