You need a BT ID username and password to log in to BT's online services. This includes My BT, where you can see your bills, usage, products and extras. It also includes our app.
Your BT ID username
The username is usually your email address. If you've forgotten your username, you can get a reminder by following the steps in the link below.
You'll need your email address, phone number, and the answer to your security question.
Remind me of my BT ID username
Your BT ID password
This is the password you selected when creating your BT ID. If you've forgotten it, you can reset it by following the steps in the link below.
You'll need your username and either your mobile phone or access to your email. We'll then send you a PIN to reset your password.
