Samsung Evolution Kit for Ultra HD
To get Ultra HD on your model of TV, you'll need the SEK-2500U Samsung Evolution Kit. The Evolution Kit is a piece of equipment that upgrades your 2013 Samsung TV to be compatible will the latest Ultra HD standards. You can buy this from Samsung or most major electronic retailers.
When you've set up the Evolution Kit, you'll need to plug the HDMI cable from your EE TV box into port HDMI 4 (HDMI-MHL) on the Evolution Kit to enjoy Ultra HD.

Why isn't my model listed in the table?
This could be because:
- We weren't able to confirm that your Ultra HD/4K TV is compatible with our Ultra HD service
- Our Ultra HD service requires the TV to support HDCP2.2 content protection and a picture resolution of 2160p50 (sometimes known as 50Hz) over the same HDMI port. If you know you have a TV that supports these specification, you should try each HDMI port in turn and see which produces the higher quality picture
- Your TV isn't compatible with Ultra HD. You can confirm this with the manufacturer
