To have any restrictions lifted, you must pay everything you owe plus a fee of:
- £12 (including VAT) if we've partially restricted your service
- £18 (including VAT) if we've completely restricted your service
- £36 (including VAT) if we've disconnected you completely
We'll tell you if we've partially or completely restricted your service, or disconnected you.
We'll always charge the fee if we didn't get any payment before your line was restricted or disconnected.
