What’s happening
After a recent firmware update, some customers using a Smart Hub 3 may find that certain devices or Wi‑Fi extenders won’t connect to the Wi‑Fi network.

Our engineers have found a fix and have now updated all hubs with the fix. You should start to see an improvement in your hub performance.
If your device still won’t connect, try using Compatible Wi‑Fi. This can help older or less compatible devices connect more reliably.
