NOW is available to EE TV customers, giving you more viewing choice than ever, whether you like entertainment, movies or sport. If you are already a NOW member it’s easy to transfer your subscription to us.
How to get started
In order to get NOW, you need to be on one of our new broadband and EE TV packages, or you can add NOW Membership as a monthly rolling contract. You can get NOW via BT.com, My BT or by calling our customer service team on 0330 123 4150.
New to NOW?
Add NOW to your EE TV package through My BT or call 0330 123 4150 to talk to one of our guides. We’ll ask you for the email address you want to use with NOW and send a request to NOW to create your membership.
There may be a slight delay before you can use the NOW app. Once it's set up you’ll be able to start watching via the TV Guide on your EE TV box by using the NOW app on your EE TV box and devices.
Want a free trial first?
If you would like to try out NOW before signing up for a whole month, you may be eligible for a 7-day free trial with the following membership options:
- NOW Entertainment
- NOW Cinema
- NOW hayu
- NOW Boost
Eligible customers can take out multiple 7-day free trials at once.
You’re eligible for a free trial on any NOW Membership that you haven’t tried before. If you have access to a specific kind of NOW Membership as part of your EE TV package, you will not be eligible for a free trial of that.
At the end of the free trial, the membership will renew automatically and you’ll be charged for a full month. You can also cancel before the end of the trial by phoning us.
The free trials will be available to select as add-ons when you make an order or log into My BT. You won't need to apply a voucher code.
Existing NOW Membership
If you are already a NOW member, you can bring your membership with you when you join EE TV and add it to your package. You’ll need to get in touch and give us the email address you use for NOW. You can do this by logging into My BT or calling our customer service team.
You’ll be sent an email with a one-time passcode, which we will use to validate your account. The advisor will then talk you through what you can order with BT, which will appear on your EE TV bill. Any membership you don’t bring over to us will end on the next renewal date.
If the NOW membership you have already paid for is also included in your new EE TV package, NOW will give you a refund to the next renewal date.
The payment will be refunded automatically using the same method you originally used to pay NOW, so you don’t need to call NOW to ask for your money back. Refunds can take up to 28 days. We will bill you from the date your EE TV promotion starts.
Alternatively, if you don’t want to bring your NOW Membership to BT you won’t be able to access any content when it expires.
